Article Rewrite[edit]

As of June 2009, this article is in need of major re-write and clean up to bring it at par with Wikipedia standards for an encyclopedic article. At the moment it reads more like an essay. My major gripe is with Departments section. There is hardly any factual information there. A large majority of the article reads as speculative and philosophical. --sch@jee (8255) 09:38, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The next step would be to summarise that page and rebuild a working "History" section -- John of Reading (talk) 10:31, 8 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Most of the 'Departments' section was also directly copied from the college website. I've removed it too, other than the occasional helpful single sentence to summarise the topic in question. Sionk (talk) 16:44, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

IMHO, this article reads like an advertisement piece. It's in desperate need of an overhaul. GoodDay (talk) 16:55, 31 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: official sources. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, and, if allowed under fair use, may copy sentences and phrases, provided they are included in quotation marks and referenced properly. The material may also be rewritten, providing it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Therefore, such paraphrased portions must provide their source.
