Famous People

Michael Haughton (also known as Shermenater)

Robert Mckenna (member of the High Rollers and also the Narre Assasinz)

Adam Kaczmarski

Who are these people? If you want to add someone on account of their being famous, they should be, well, famous. If you claim fame for these people, please provide more info, links, photos, something.

Ok, you have added more information and that is great. There are a couple of things that you might like to edit to make them more clear. For instance, I have no idea what you are trying to say here, "and also due to there lack of organized crime, the gang Narre South Hoodlums a.k.a N$H have always been the victor over Drug Smuggling, Gang Warfare and Organized Crime." I have removed it and I suggest that you have another go. This article is still missing any references. You say this gang does its bit for the community, exactly what does it do? Do you have any evidence of the things it has done?

re reverted[edit]

I have reverted the revert made by Blnguyen. I am not sure of the reason for the revision Blnguyen effected as the note says "rv gang adeverts". I assume this means that this user thinks that the info on gangs is somehow not worth keeping. If the thing which is the object of this info occurs in Narre Warren South then it belongs on this page.

I did not say it is indisputable proof of anything. There are many pages on wikipedia that are about websites. If a web page exists one can logically deduce that someone made it. If that someone sticks up their hand and says 'this is my website and it proves I exist' then what's the bother there? Maybe these guys are not world shatteringly famous (ok maybe they are not famous at all) However I also don't see the harm in allowing what may well be a vanity paragraph in an otherwise dull page in the unfashionable western spiral arm of wikipedia, if it encourages someone to learn something. In this case how wikipedia works. We who use wikipedia are not here for a power trip. We are here to build wikipedia. I note that no one but my humble worthless self has actually engaged with these guys on the talk page. Everyone else has simply deleted their efforts and posted to user talk pages or wikipedian notice boards, that I would be prepared to put on that these newbies don't even know exists. This is not about me thinking leprechauns exist. This is about power tripping new users instead of helping them. (also posted to Australian Wikipedians' notice board WP:AWNB)
