Etymogy[edit]

Palmer (1881) has the most contorsioned and implausible attempt at an etymogical explanation I've come across in a loong time. Didn't anyone come up with smth. slightly more resonable in the last 140 years? I wonder. Arminden (talk) 17:04, 19 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
