Columns[edit]

Since it does not appear there is a differentiation for first- or second-team members in this decade, the table should be modeled more after National Football League 1960s All-Decade Team which was the last decade without "teams". Eagles 24/7 (C) 17:55, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I just put in my table.. I just assumed that whoever was listed first was first team and the second was second team. It's gonna take a while to fix, unless more info comes out saying that there are indeed first and second teams. CatcherStorm ^talk 18:39, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Active players[edit]

Owens is obviously not going to be playing again (his article doesn’t say he’s a FA) and I’m basing the free agent claim off of Evans’ own article. HoF eligibility specifically says “five years after retirement”, so I’m not sure on how the hall of fame decided Owens was retired despite not officially announcing retirement. It's also obvious that Evans will not be playing again, so I've updated his article. According to the Hall of Fame's website: "The only restriction is that a player and coach must have last played or coached at least five seasons before he can be considered." If Evans signs with a team again at some point in the future, we can adjust the article to reflect his Active status, but right now he's two seasons into the five-year waiting period.
