For this edit.[edit]

On this edit, I looked at the plot and there was a link/ url to J-Novel Club to the book's web-site. Then from there it had copyrighted info, when the ip from here and the next 2 edits. Which is under WP:COPYRIGHT, WP:Copy-paste, or which-ever is the first latter concern. (If I added that from the edit summary, I think I would run out of space?) Catarina/Katarina and Geordo/Jeord[edit]

May as well bring up a discussion here about the different official English names for the light novel/manga version (Katarina and Jeord) and the anime version (Catarina and Geordo). At least from what I've gathered from what official sources I could look up for free (this being a preview on J Novel Club and a preview page on Comixology), "Gerald" isn't used anywhere and "Nicole" is "Nicol" in both light novel and anime. As for what should be the primary names for the article, I feel like the Crunchyroll/Anime names would be best, as the names used are derived from spellings used in the actual Japanese episode 1, suggesting that these are the intended romanizations that probably weren't available prior to the LN/manga's licensing. Plus WP:COMMONNAME would probably apply more to the more widely available Crunchyroll version.Wonchop (talk) 19:49, 11 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Other side story manga[edit]

Not sure these are official but I've noticed a few additional manga for this series online. One I found under the name Hamefura DNA Anthology and another was called Hamefura YuriHime Anthology. They could easily be unofficial mangas, but was wondering if anyone knew for sure what their status is. Derekloffin (talk) 06:09, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

For the YuriHime anthology, the only English news source I've found the Anime Sweet blog announcing the release of the Otome Game no Hametsu Flag Shika Nai Akuyaku Reijo ni Tensei Shiteshimatta… GIRLS PATCH in collaboration with the Comic Yuri Hime magazine. Thus, the correct name of the anthology should actually be GIRLS PATCH.
A better news source would be the official announcement / catalog entry for GIRLS PATCH from the Comic Yuri Hime website itself. --Sumghai (talk) 00:56, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Veracity of Bakarina fan nickname for Catarina Claes[edit]

Reddit user u/maitawa (via Special:Contributions/2600:1700:1156:2910:25E6:DB1E:549F:553E) recently made an edit claiming that "Bakarina" is a commonly-accepted fan nickname for the character of Catarina Claes.

While I have personally seen the nickname being used in certain fan communities, no verifiable news source currently acknowledge this assertation. I'm raising this issue here so that someone can follow up on finding a reliable source, or if necessary delete this claim. --Sumghai (talk) 00:40, 2 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
