World's top two school[edit]

Resereved for tops government figures and oligarchs?[edit]

There is a statement in the lead:

it is usually considered common knowledge in post-USSR countries that, at least during the USSR times, admission to MGIMO was mostly reserved to children of the Party and government nomenklatura). Even today, admission to MGIMO is reserved for the children of top government official and oligarchs

It should be referred and probably restated in a weaker form. E.g. my x-wife's brother has graduated from MGIMO although he is certainly not a child of an oligarch nor of a government figure nor even an exceptionally good secondary school student. Number of languages taught[edit]

The article originally read:

MGIMO is the only university in the world listed in the Guinness Book of Records – it is named the only educational establishment teaching 53 foreign languages full-time.

This is, of course, incorrect. MGIMO is NOT the only university in the world listed in the Guinness Book of Records. I revised this to

According to the Guinness Book of Records, MGIMO teaches 53 full time languages during every academic term, the most in any academic institution.

This edit, however, was reverted, for reasons not specified. I am open to other ways of phrasing the fact that, according to GBR, MGIMO teaches more languages 'full-time' (whatever that means) than any other 'academic institution' (whatever that means) in the world.
