Is that you Daddy?[edit]

The article as dated December 23, 2006 says: Catherine the Great had ordered another monument in memory of her father Peter the Great. Catherine the Great (Catherine II of Russia) was not the daughter of Peter the Great (Peter I of Russia). What is really meant here?

Also, should the "Petro Primo Catherina Secunda" have a translation added to the effect: Peter (the) First, Catherine (is) Second?
