While the band itself did not reach any notoriety to speak of, as a link in the chain of events marking the popular music scene of th eearly 70s, I reckon it deserves its place on Wikipedia, if only 'cos of the criteria included under the link you posted: Criteria for musicians and ensembles, Item 6: Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable ...
