Invalid husband[edit]
I am taking care of my invalid husband at 81 years. Dolphin Beach resort has turned off electric and later water. I am 75 not in good health atb75. We missed payments and will be able to pay first week of July. CA you please intervene and have the electric restored. I have American express that I can use but no other cards.
