Was this case really in the year of 1940? Is their any recent cases like this? Is there any sites that are really good with this case and that give the out come?

I noticed the inconsistency between the text (says this is a 1940 case) and the table (says this is a 1943 case). I also noticed that West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette has the exact same dates in its table, and is linked to from this article, so I'm wondering if there was a copy-and-paste error using that article's table as a source.
