Mike Schreiner as politician[edit]

His occupation is listed as enterpreneur and politician.

Mike has NEVER been elected to office. Can anyone show any proof of that? He ran a few times, and failed to be elected as a politician every single time. I have nothing against him, if he has the money to pay whatever fees are required to run for political office then go for it buuuuuuuuuuuuut he is no politician. Thanks for deleting the label, User:Bellagio99 Peter K Burian (talk) 16:01, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks for your hard work. There's still some undocumented assertions in it. I've de-hyped a bit to make it more Wikipedian. Bellagio99 (talk) 16:04, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you RA0808 and Bellagio99; it's always great when editors collaborate to make an article better. Yes, the hype you removed was well worth doing. I'll take another look to see what still needs citations, or should be deleted if sources do not confirm those assertions. Cheers! Peter K Burian (talk) 18:30, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I got rid of more of the hype and some of the content that had no citation, since my research could not confirm that info. Re-organized a bit. Am open to other suggestions. Peter K Burian (talk) 19:46, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I did some more word-smithing, mostly clean-up, but added that his vote total and % more than doubled from previous election. It's a wrap for me. Bellagio99 (talk) 20:08, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. It's a wrap for me too, now Bellagio99. In one day we took this from an article with warning labels to something that is quite good now, I believe. Peter K Burian (talk) 20:17, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yes! FWIW, I knew Mike slightly, and I think the article accurately reflects him.Bellagio99 (talk) 20:23, 21 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
