Proposed Change: New Affiliation[edit]

Michele Gelfand has moved from the University of Maryland to Stanford Graduate School of Business (https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/faculty-research/faculty/michele-j-gelfand), so her affiliation should be updated. The last sentence of the introduction could be changed to "She is currently the John H. Scully Professor in Cross-Cultural Management and Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Professor of Psychology (by courtesy) in the Stanford University School of Humanities and Sciences". The last sentence in the first paragraph of the Education and career section could be changed to "She was on the faculty of New York University from 1995 to 1996, a professor at the University of Maryland, College Park from 1996 to 2021, and she has worked at Stanford Graduate School of Business since 2021". And Institutions in the side bar could be updated to "Stanford Graduate School of Business". Eeee7 (talk) 17:42, 13 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Edit request - inaccurate wording[edit]

Apologies for requesting another edit, but the second sentence of this article ("She is a professor of psychology at the School of Humanities and Sciences of Stanford Graduate School of Business.") is not accurate. The School of Humanities and Sciences and Stanford Graduate School of Business are two separate schools within Stanford University. An accurate version of this sentence would be: "She is a professor of organizational behavior at Stanford Graduate School of Business and a professor of psychology by courtesy in the School of Humanities and Sciences" (https://www.gsb.stanford.edu/faculty-research/faculty/michele-j-gelfand). I work for Dr. Gelfand, so I cannot make this edit directly myself. Eeee7 (talk) 18:40, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Done Eeee7, this type of request (correction of basic errors of fact, with sources) is almost always welcome. Please ping me if the revised text is still inaccurate. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 20:06, 22 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
