Indeed, there is a big difference. He was arrested, interviewed and released on bail. He has *not* been charged so far. From some of the other talk on this matter it sounds like this is an historical rape, which are notoriously hard to prove. No DNA evidence, usually one person claims he did, and I'm sure him saying he didn't. So I wouldn't be surprised if it went no further.

However the arrest and release on bail are a matter of record, so I have added them to the profile complete with two references direct to UK newspapers.79.74.171.229 (talk) 16:10, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Remove tags[edit]

It strikes me that the notability and BLP sources tags in this article are now obsolete. There's been a lot of editing since they were added. Does anyone have any objections to me removing them? Sidefall (talk) 12:30, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Violations of WP:BLP and WP:BLPCRIME[edit]

I have heavily edited the article to remove content that was unsourced for almost a year, and deleted content that was a violation of WP:BLPCRIME. Please be careful with what you add to a biography of a living person. Flat Out let's discuss it 03:05, 31 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
