The article says that he won the Cheltenham Festival. That article, in turn, suggests that it is a horse race. This would be a remarkable feat if true. - Smerdis of Tlön 05:24, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"In frustration, he fired a gun"?![edit]

The entry states this: "A few days before the riots, Michael Groce was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. In frustration, he fired a gun." That has to be one of the most oblique descriptions I've ever read. First, it's not sourced. Second, it would appear to violate NPOV, since it seems to me to be soft-peddling what could very well have been an act of violence and intimidation by Groce, rather than merely "frustration". Third, I doubt that anyone has ever "fired a gun in frustration", especially in a domestic abuse case, which is what this sounds like. He fired a gun, but was he also threatening his girlfriend with it at the time? Sounds FAR more likely to me. I would like to see this claim of "firing a gun in frustration" attributed to an independent, objective and authoritative source, or changed to simply "During the argument, he fired a gun", or something to that effect.
