Untitled[edit]

Surprised at not finding any article on Meredydd Evans, I created this page both to record the seminal work that Evans accomplished towards the preservation of Welsh musical and poetic heritage as well as to provide a basic resource for those interested in folk music or in Welsh.--Robcuny 00:05, 30 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have edited the page Meredydd Evans quite heavily I've reorganized the content categories to try and reflect the wide variety of his life. I haven't had much time to update it with the detail I'd like (Pencarreg incident, The Mered album and his time in America) but was glad to see others have edited it too.

A lot of my edits ar based on freely available articles, and the S4C documentary Merêd (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Ov7YVFlmrw), so I would love to see someone with more info add to these sources.
