Due to good relations with WWF/E many of its stars have appeared alongside internationally known and local wrestlers, some of these wrestlers include:

No - that was the near full roster of MCW. It was mostly made up of WWF trainees like American Dragon, Christian York, Joey Abs, Joey Matthews, Rodrageous, Steve Bradley, Victoria, Lance Cade, the Island Boys. HHH also had a feud with Lawler at the start of the promotion.

The WWF guys were more common in MCW. The likes of Regal and that appeared for some time in MCW, likely as they could of been out with injury in WWF or the writing team had nothing for them and so kept them fit/active in MCW.

Where as in MW there is very very few WWE guys appear and if they do it's usually just a once off at a big event that's not on the TV.
