Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that Maximum tolerated dose be merged into Therapeutic index, where similar 'dose' definition are discussed, including Optimal biological dose. I think that the content in the Maximum tolerated dose article can easily be incorporated in a new section in Therapeutic index, and the Therapeutic index article is of a reasonable size that the merge will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.
