References are needed[edit]

It's my reading of WP:NOR and WP:RS that every article needs clearly cited sources. I would further submit that when the topic of the article is either itself a work of literary fiction or a character within such works, basing the article on those works and not literary criticism is original research. I have not added what I strongly believe to be appropriate templates to this article a fourth time because it's clear that we're eventually going to get to violations of the three revert rule if I continue on that course and that we're going to end up having a lame edit war if we go down that path. Therefore, it's my intent to place this in talk where it won't be arbitrarily removed by any party and hope to create the sort of consensus we value in this project. If it doesn't come by itself, I may consider a third opinion or a request for comment. Erechtheus 23:13, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
