Notability[edit]

The definition of materials database to only include experimental data is too narrow.

Reference to the work of ASTME49 and BSI AMT4/-/6 should be included.

The page should also consider be merged with materials informatics

It also needs more links to actual such databases. DGG 23:22, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

there was no consensus--or even prior ddiscussion about a redirect. As such , if this is intended, it should be listed on redirects for discussion. But I think the original prod was more suitable, and the appropriate step, to permit the article to be developed. In my opinion, this is a suitably encyclopedic subject, and a good start for an article. DGG 02:20, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'd need to see some reliable sources cited soon to convince me this is a valid topic that is a) real and b) worthy of a standalone WP article. Valrith 19:40, 30 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
