Extension[edit]

The article states that "The highway was extended south to US 301 in the mid-1950s." without a source. The road was Collington Road, which is significantly (~100 years or more) older than that, serving Collington, Maryland. Sounds like someone is making stuff up for the article. The fact is cited in the history section. Also, "the highway" is referring to the MD 197 designation being extended, not Collington Road. Dough4872 23:13, 4 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
