Usernamekiran (AWB) (talk · contribs) added the WikiProject Organized Crime banner to this article's Talk page but there is nothing mentioned in the article that seems to meet the inclusion criteria for that WikiProject. Why is this article of interest to that WikiProject? - Cameron Dewe (talk) 10:55, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

In absence of a response, I have assumed this article is of interest to both WikiProject Crime and WikiProject Organized Crime because as a Mexican naval officer, this person would have been involved in combating organised crime in Mexico. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 12:34, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
