Buildings/architecture[edit]

As a former private resort, the original Malibu was architect-designed; there should be moer of the history of that era (the more famous pre-summer camp one) of the place, and some pics of the main buildings and its founder and its high-society guest list. This should NOT be so much a brochure for the Malibu Club in Canada, it should be geogrpahic/historical and NOT A SALES PITCH. Please add more to the article on the early period and the story of its building, and some more details of the architectural design; by rights this page should have WP:WikiProject Architecture on it, and more effort at a map and pictures of hte vicinity of Malibu not just the facilities of the camp should be evident here. Much is here that must be trimmed, it's way too much like advertising, which is not the purpose of Wikipedia.Skookum1 (talk) 23:35, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
