Hi Ashok, there is no guarantee that the concerned MLA will even see this plea of yours, since wikipedia isn't run by the Indian government. My suggestion is to go to https://hpvidhansabha.gov.in/ContactDirectory and click "Hon'ble Members" on the left. That should give you the concerned MLAs email id. Send him an email.
