Cover[edit]

In case this song got its own article, here's the cover, courtesy of Spotify (got it from the Spotify mailing list): http://open.spotify.com/email/640/album/4cCfFozyo6JC8acN8uIP7uMayast (talk) 22:19, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I would also like to add that it is used as the official single cover in the service (https://play.spotify.com/album/4cCfFozyo6JC8acN8uIP7u, login required), and also as the background to the official audio track on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PvBc2TOpE4Mayast (talk) 22:24, 3 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lead[edit]

I know a song is not the same thing as a single release, but can we please just write that "the song was released as the lead single" instead "[the track] also appears on the 'Magic' single of the same name, released ... as the lead single "? I'd say the second version sounds pompous, and I think that writing about a "single of the same name" would make more sense if the single would contain for example two B-sides (in addition to the title track), and the release would also be physical. But when it's just this one track, and only in a digital form, the first version just sounds more natural. By the way, the form "[song X] was released as the n-th single [from/promoting the album]" is commonly used in FA- and GA-class song articles on Wikipedia. — Mayast (talk) 14:40, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If we're really only developing these articles purely to make them GA or FA class, couldn't we at least diversify the criteria for what makes GA or FA? I really don't see why everything has to be a single standard across all of Wikipedia. I would've thought Wikipedia was all about getting the information across as unbiased and correct as possible, but if it's really all based on article popularity...
