Rename[edit]

22:16, 26 June 2008, Ahoerstemeier moved Maejo University to Maecho University: Romanization according to RTGS.

I agree with this-article renaming if this university is really spelling itself "Maecho".

It spells itself Maejo. The opening paragraph should be changed from Maecho University, also spelled Maejo University, to the reverse. When I get a round tuit, I will upload a picture of the Pistol Pete mascot showing him wearing a "Maejo" sheriff's badge; also, a photo of a print illustrating the school's motto, also labeled "Maejo," that are possessions of a graduate who lives and works nearby. Logo and mascot[edit]

non-free image File:MaejoUniversityLogo.png represent the logo of this university. Images of the god are at Thai Wikipedia and Google images. The mascot is the same as that of OSU. OSU's own reference is a dead link, but I archived one from a blogspot for an OSU rival, which sports an image of Pistol Pete with an AK-47. --Pawyilee (talk) 15:42, 25 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding the mascot, this (in Thai) might be more relevant. --Paul_012 (talk) 10:27, 29 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
