I note that it.wiki has their article at it:Basilica dell'Incoronata Madre del Buon Consiglio, and some variation on "del Buon Consiglio" seems to be the usual spelling as opposed to Buonconsiglio. What goes before that seems to vary a lot - Incoronata Madre may be the official title, but plain "Madre" seems to be the most WP:COMMONNAME and SS. Maria is reasonably common. So I've changed it from Madre di Buonconsiglio (Naples) to Madre del Buon Consiglio and sprayed around a whole heap of redirects - feel free to rename if you can come up with a convincing argument for a different variant....
