When an MSR is not an MSR[edit]

The terms "machine state register" and "model-specific register" are not interchangeable (much to my surprise, I have to admit). I've rewritten this page to reflect the distinction and provide examples of a 32-bit and 64-bit machine state registers. I've deliberately excluded information such as which bits go with which flags to prevent this from turning into a man page. I'll be cleaning up the Model-specific register page next.
