There reads: The mixed-use tower began construction in 2008, but has not been approved as yet. The building is set to rise 328 m (1,076 ft) with 74 storeys. The skyscraper includes a glass sphere at the very top. Opening of Hanging Village of Huaxi was on 12th October 2011.
It is not approved, but still constructed and opened? If I understand word "approve" right, building must be approved before constructing. 82.141.125.5 (talk) 01:44, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
