Airworthy numbers[edit]

The lead says 19 but 28 are marked (A).

Recent articles of this kind have separated out the fliers and the displayed from the rest, under eg level 3 headers. My view this is helpful; for example, readers looking for a museum example near them can easily do it without going through Find. Some others break the list down further, under Country headings Any views?TSRL (talk) 11:31, 19 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

The Background section that discusses New Guinea's policy regarding wrecked aircraft includes the following line that sounds really NPOV: "...(and allowed to deteriorate due to weather/vandalism or scrap dealers) with no plans other than hostility, many of these restorable airframes will be lost." I recall there being some ongoing fight in New Guinea between the PNG government, aircraft collectors, and people (like PacificWrecks.com) who claim current salvage methods are tantamount to looting. This line looks like it was inserted by somebody from the second group. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tradermort (talkcontribs) 00:27, 13 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
