Add Boston Police Department[edit]

- Thanks for responding! You were citing our Wikipedia article; we don't consider ourselves reliable, and I couldn't find a citation for the statistic within the article. However, I did just do an Internet search and found a source for it, so I've re-added the entry with that citation.
