"TALK -> DRAFT TALK" REVERSION[edit]

The "Talk" section of this "List of The Octonauts DVD releases" 'Wikipage' was changed into a "Draft Talk" by Mccapra on 05 September 2020 [1]. This meant that the talk functionality was no longer available on this still-active 'Wikipage'. From what I gather, the "List of The Octonauts DVD releases" 'Wikipage' is still live. I have reverted the change by Mccapra just today 12 July 2021 [2], but I am still mystified as to why the change was made in the first place. Can anyone shed some light on this move?
