@Besteirense: Vieira self-suspended his presidency. I know it doesn't make sense (the club statuses don't allow it), but that's what his lawyer said. Moreover, Benfica's announcement says Rui Costa will act as president "em virtude da comunicação realizada hoje pelo Presidente da Direção, Luís Filipe Vieira", "nos termos da alínea a do número 3 do artigo 61 dos estatutos do Clube." Therefore, Vieira, still a president, appointed Rui Costa as president. Benfica cannot have two presidents. SLBedit (talk) 19:34, 9 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
