Alright, lets get this reviewed. Just a cursory glance has me worried about the completeness of the article. 6k bytes might be pushing some limits. There is nothing that inherently disqualifies shorter pages, but the smallest GA I've even seen is [1]. A glance at the sources tell me there is more information that could be added. I'll give it a full review just for posterity's sake but do not foresee it passing.

General

• Add a short description. Consider Wikipedia:Shortdesc helper if you haven't already.

• Page seems stable, no concerns observed in edit history
• Image rights look good, image layout could use some work. Consider a gallery template
• The structure needs retooling. The idea of it being the center of England comes before the 'dispute section' and is therefore missing crucial context. The layout as a whole feels arbitrary, rather than having discrete topics.

• FN 6 is a blog but I'm inclined to accept it under WP:BLOG since its an expert, self-published source.

Prose

• Per MOS:LEAD, this should be expanded.
• Per MOS:LEADCITE you should move the citations/new info from the lead to the body of the article. You only cite in the lead if there is a fact or claim that may be contentious or divisive. See Qanon, another GA I reviewed, as an example of when to added lead citations.
• Five years after the owner of the Lindley Hall estate, Lieutenant Commander Francis Eyre RN, died, Lindley Hall was ultimately demolished, being one of the country houses and estates in the Nuneaton area to fall victim to redevelopment. This sentence needs to be retooled

• "Farmer" family, you're bringing up the Farmers before establishing they're owners. Please establish that Stephen Farmer is the owner earlier in the prose.

I can see you're a new editor. This page would quick-fail under normal circumstances but I've found myself at a crossroads with no pending project at the moment. Second pass

• File:Lindley Hall from Lake Tiny (cropped).jpg is a tagged as a CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 license by its source, not the CC BY-SA 3.0 license you supplied. CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 is not acceptable on wikipedia. What is/isn't acceptable.

I can see a public domain (before 1927) license work but the current license is incorrect and not compliant with policy.

• The History section is missing substantial amounts of information as noted above.

That same source (FN 1) is heavily underutilized and makes this page fail criteria 3b. Not even a mention of the RAF airfield???

• Again, please review MOS:LEAD. The Lead needs to be expanded substantially.
• Why is the gallery half way through the page? Put it at the bottom and use a level 2 header, not a subsection header.
• Having been in ownership of the Farmer family, When did it come into the Farmer's ownership?

The passive voice introduction of this fact makes it very jarring. Switch to active voice or give more information.

Techincally, 'owned by Stephen Farmer.' isn't properly sourced in the lead since here it says 'Farmer family'.

• however, it is not known where the basis for this claim came from statement not supported by the source

@Arkansore I will be failing the page at this time. It appears a number of concerns from the first pass have yet to be corrected. My offer still stands if you would like any help in continuing to improve the article to GA status. My main concern is the prose and its lack of content. The hinckleypastpresent.org source gives a year-by-year account of the history of the Hall that used to stand on the property and much of what the property was used for, dating back to 1444!!!
