Well, I really can't agree that "Laboratoire d'électrotechnique et d'électronique de puissance de Lille" runs trippingly off the English-speaker's tongue. However, I thank you for inserting the English translation, and I will make a Redirect page that points the reader to the French heading (which I still believe should be in English but don't care that much to engage in a quarrel about it).
