the subject of this article is clearly notable, but this article is almost surely spam written by flacks of the organization itself. I referenced a couple of statements, but cannot find sources for the rest of them beyond the web page of the organization. much of the content is pasted directly from that website. that it is spam is suggested strongly by inapproporiate uses of the first person plural rather than the third person. I will fix it later if I have time and can find references. Alf.laylah.wa.laylah (talk) 03:55, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I deleted the bulk of this article as it was copy/paste from organization's website, and I was unable to verify most of it in the LA Times, or any other source. I rewrote and severly edited the info on environmental justice, since there was a brief mention of that in the Times. Consequently I also removed the various warning tags (unreffed, advert, etc) since they no longer apply. In the process of this editing I've begun to think that the subject is not in fact notable, but perhaps I'm wrong. Alf.laylah.wa.laylah (talk) 16:38, 17 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
