ROC Observation Post?[edit]

According to the ROC page there would have been a nuclear observation post/small underground bunker in the grounds of the cemetery at grid ref TL20153266 (51.979421 -0.25202989). Apparently it opened in 1960 and shut in 1968, but this is well in to the working life of the cemetery, so would be an extremely unusual place to site one. Does anyone have any further information as to its location?
