Wiki - copyrights[edit]

I think not; see clause 4. This does not mean the page cannot be cited, but to copy it directly is not allowed under that licensing. They undoubtedly have copyright for the text in Spanish (and this issue has now been rectified). But how can they possibly have the copyrights to the architectual sketches and layout plans.
