An argument for “Head” instead of “Neck”[edit]

Unsure who here has seen the movie, but throughout the whole movie they refer to different characters' heads using the word "kubi" that is also the title of the movie. I think that the intended meaning of the title is this usage of "kubi", rather than the most common translation "neck" as is laid out in the beginning of this page. Thoughts?
