foundation date[edit]
when was this settlement founded? did it have other names? i understand that this place was granted a urban type settlment status in 1940. but i also understand that does not nessesarily mean kraskino was also founded in 1940. 69.221.172.106 (talk) 22:35, 23 November 2011 (UTC)
- I've seen you before :) Are you sure you don't want to create an account for yourself? Anyway, I've added the foundation date and the renaming details. - The fact box says founded in 1868 but the artical itself says founded in 1900. which is correct?yes you have seen me before. mY ip Adress has changed again in the past few months. i need this basic information on russian towns becasue im creating a scenario on a video game called Call to power part 2. its a civilization type game. the scenario is going to be based on the Year 1905 and you play as the Japanese. in my scenario Kraskino is part of Greater Posyet which has about 7,000 people. 76.244.154.251 (talk) 20:18, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
- The infobox was added by someone else after I had added the 1900 date. 1868 is not correct. A temporary settlement indeed appeared on this location in the 19th century, but that was in 1867, not 1868. At any rate, it was not recognized as permanent until 1900, which is considered to be Kraskino's official foundation date.
- As for the game, cool! I don't play games much myself, but I would definitely try one set in Primorye :) Feel free to let me know when the scenario is available!
- Also, regarding changing IP address, that, too, would be taken care of if you considered creating an account for yourself.
