how big is it?[edit]

The article says it's the biggest statue in Central Park, but doesn't give any actual measurement. And there's nothing in the photo to give a reader any size comparison. An actual size should be listed. T-bonham (talk) 01:30, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Equestrian bronzes of Bolivar and San Martin, also on huge pedestals, stand in the park at the head of Avenue of the Americas; they are so similar in scale that "biggest" is just a peacock term here. It now reads: "On its grand plinth it is one of the most prominently-sited and impressive of twenty-nine sculptures located in Central Park." How's that?-Wetman (talk) 02:00, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
