In US, the term of office starting after inauguration or swearing-in ceremony, in this case it's the 11th, however, the 11th was a Sunday. So the question is: who was in actually in charge of the city after 2:54pm PST (Thats the exact moment Karen Bass sworn-in) Harrytsang (talk) 09:35, 12 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
