I cleaned up some of the worst of this page's problems, including a poorly-written section about a non-notable person. There's a lot more to do, though. Aside from more copy-editing, this article needs a sidebar made from the 'General Information' section and the 'Government and private sector' section turned into prose. Also, this article badly needs citations.
