– Having just created an article on Joseph Russell (judge), I find that there are numerous individuals sharing this common combination of given name and surname, and that the subject currently occupying the primary topic title is neither particularly remarkable, nor even the only member of the United States Congress name Joseph Russell. I doubt that there is a primary topic for this name, and would disambiguate. BD2412 T 03:37, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nom. No clear primary topic by pageviews or long term significance. BilledMammal (talk) 05:03, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support this one is the most viewed[[1]] but unlikely to be primary. Crouch, Swale (talk) 19:34, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nomination, BilledMammal and Crouch, Swale. There are nine men named "Joseph" or "Joe" listed upon the Joseph Russell (disambiguation) page, with no indication that the ten-sentence stub for the 19th-century two-term American legislator represents someone of such historical prominence as to be of greater interest than the combined notability of the remaining eight men. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 02:41, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
