Copy-edit/Re-write[edit]

I copy-edited the article and removed the notice. Still, though the copy is now clean, this article needs to be re-written by someone knowledgable with the French Revolution. I don't understand exactly how "the Convention" plays a role in this article (it is never properly introduced), nor does one get the scope of the Jacobin's control in Lyons at the time of Chalier's arrest.
