John Sherry & Richard Sherry[edit]

The article needs to make it clearer what are actual facts and what are assertions made by those who have written about them.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 11:08, 13 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion[edit]

"Richard Sherry has sometimes been identified with John Sherry (d. 1551), who was in 1541 archdeacon of Lewes and rector of Chailey in Sussex; he became precentor of St. Paul's, London, in 1543, and died in 1551.[1][2]

" This paragraph has now been omitted so the reader may find it hard to understand why several of the "works" have Richard Sherry's name against them.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 08:12, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
