This biography has been added by the same user at many minor liberal democrat local politicians. Also marked as not living, previously to avoid deletion? I note also Keith Moffit, who has added to his own biog!!

I am not opposed to their politics, but Wikipedia should not be an electoral device for minor politicians? Discuss!!
