This was brought to AfD in 2009 but passed (but not based on any new referencing, and the only reference produced has expired as a dead link). Outside of the BLP1E for cycling across a Tibetan plateau in 2003, there is zero WP:SIGCOV on this person in any climbing media (per WP:NCLIMBER), and nothing on him as a notable figure anywhere (i.e. his 2003 cycle led to not increases/greater notability). His name can be found on blogs and websites where expeditions are recorded, but none of this has led to any coverage in the climbing or wider media.
