From the description, I think Boydell's invention was more like a Pedrail wheel than a continuous track. Does anyone have a diagram? Biscuittin (talk) 19:12, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Boydell was a wheel with boards around it, in no form was it a continous track in the sense of something that goes around more than one wheel. Don't have drawing to hand but will try and sort one when I get a moment. It certainly wasn't the first practical track laying vehicle - that had been done some years before by Heathcoat. --Chenab (talk) 11:50, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
