I think that the Library of the National Assembly of Quebec constitutes a reliable independent source of information about their members. Although I have not had the opportunity to take them up on it, I expect that they would correct any inaccuracies if they were identified to them. For what it's worth, I have added a somewhat redundant second reference entry. For various reasons, this material is difficult to find in English.
