The romsize to be precise is 1048576 bytes, which translates to 8Mbits (1 megabyte). The Wikipedia page currently says it is 4Mbit.
If you want to verify this, go to http://datomatic.no-intro.org, and download the Super Nintendo DAT file. You can open it in a text editor. It will show the size of 'International Superstar Soccer'.
